About the Class:
This fun and positive 3 hour workshop is about improvising CHARACTERS!
Character work in improv is complex. But after being around some of the literal best in the business and teaching character for many, many years, I think I have a very clear approach to it.
So this workshop will be about how to distill your characters to a Point of View that is grounded in something real and relatable, then exaggerated and heightened for comic escalation.
We’ll touch on:
Choosing a clear POV
Embodiment and Commitment.
